Terms of service

This page sets out the key points of our agreement in plain language. It is a summary, not the contract itself and not a public offer — the contract is signed separately and takes precedence over anything written here.

Care & visibility starts at $900 a month, includes everything above, and adds monthly work on search and AI visibility: technical health checks, one long content piece or two short ones, work on the machine-readable summary of your pages and on FAQ blocks, Google Business Profile where the business serves a place, and a full report in place of the short one.
Not included at either level: external links, paid advertising, copywriting beyond the monthly piece, SEO for a second language, and guarantees of position in search or of mention in AI answers. Nobody can give guarantees of this kind.
Response times, working hours and coverage
- Outage — the site is unreachable, the form does not send email, or the SSL certificate has failed: we start work within 4 hours, within your working hours.
- Any other request or edit: within 24 hours.
- Our working hours: 10:00–19:00 Kyiv time (UTC+2 in winter, UTC+3 in summer), Monday to Friday.
- Outage coverage: your working hours, within the belt from Europe to the US East Coast — approximately 09:00–01:00 Kyiv time.
- Monitoring runs 24/7. The response does not. Support is not a 24/7 service, and we do not describe it as one.
- Channels: email and messengers. We do not publish a phone number.
- Languages: English and Ukrainian, with identical response times in both.
If your business runs on US West Coast hours or further, tell us before we start. We either agree separate terms in writing or decline the work.
An edit, and a separate scope of work
An edit is included in care. Changing text, a price or a photo; replacing a document; adding a page built on a template the site already has.
We price a separate scope of work before it starts. A new section, a new type of page, an integration with another system, a redesign, a migration, or anything that changes how the site is built.
You receive the price and the deadline for a separate scope before the work begins. The price we have named does not move afterwards, unless you ask for something outside the agreed scope — and that we also price before doing it, not after. We do not carry out work outside the agreed scope and invoice for it afterwards. If it is unclear which of the two your request is, ask — we classify it within one business day.
How the queue works
We carry out edits one at a time, in order. You can see what is in progress and what is next.
You set the order. If you do not, we work in the order requests arrived. We deliver a large batch of requests in parts, and you can see which part is next.
We do not run several of your tasks in parallel. Parallel work makes every individual deadline unpredictable, and the 24-hour figure in section 1 depends on this rule.
Term, ending the care, and handover
- Minimum term: 3 months. After that, month to month.
- There is no pause. Instead, care ends and can be resumed. If you resume more than two months later, we charge a one-off fee equal to one month of care, for bringing the site back to a maintainable state.
- To end care, tell us 30 days in advance by email or messenger. We work the month you have already paid for in full.
- Handover on exit costs nothing: access to hosting, domain, CMS or repository; the last full backup; a list of paid licences with their expiry dates.
Payment
- Site in two weeks — the full amount before the work starts.
- Custom site — 50% before the work starts, 50% on launch day.
- Care and Care & visibility — monthly, in advance.
- Hosting and paid licences — you pay those providers directly; they are not part of our fee.
Who owns what
- Domain — registered in your name. If we register it for you, we register it in your name at the outset rather than transferring it to you afterwards.
- Hosting — the account is in your name and you pay the provider directly. Hosting is not part of the monthly fee.
- Code, design and content — yours.
- Access — yours. You hold it throughout, not only at the end.
- Paid licences — registered in your name wherever the vendor permits it. Where only we can hold a licence, we name it in the handover list.
What stops when care ends
The site stays online and keeps working. What stops is the work:
- weekly updates and the checks that follow them;
- daily backups, and access to the backups we hold;
- uptime monitoring and the weekly form check;
- security scanning;
- content edits and support within the response times above;
- monitoring of SSL and domain expiry dates;
- management of the hosting account — the account itself and the access are yours and stay with you;
- any licence registered to us, from the date it next expires.
From that point you maintain the site, or whoever you choose does.
