Privacy policy
Last updated: 11 August 2026
This site has one form and a small amount of traffic measurement. That's the whole of it. Below is what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it.
Who is responsible for your data
Subid Solutions LLC, registration number 45616650, 01011, 11 Myrnoho Panasa St., office 1/19, Kyiv, Ukraine. Contact for any question in this policy: support@subid.solutions.
What we collect
- What you send through the form: your name, your email address, and the message you write. Nothing else is required, and there are no hidden fields.
- Technical data from the request: IP address, browser and operating system, the page you sent the form from, and the date and time. The server and the anti-spam check collect this.
- Measurement data: Google Analytics 4 records visits in aggregate — pages viewed, approximate country, which site you came from.
We do not buy data about you, we do not enrich what you send with data from other sources, and we do not sell anything to anyone.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To reply to you — that's why the form exists. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry.
- To keep the form from being abused — the anti-spam check. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a working contact channel.
- To count visits — legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie notice.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that lead to work: for the duration of our work together and 3 years afterwards, because tax and accounting records require it.
- Enquiries that don't lead to work: 12 months, then deleted.
- Server and anti-spam logs: up to 90 days.
- Measurement data: as configured in Google Analytics 4, in aggregate form only.
Who else handles it
Three companies handle your data, each acting on our instructions:
- Vercel — hosting. The site runs on their servers, so every request to it passes through them, including the form.
- Google — one company in three roles: it delivers the message from the form to our inbox, it holds that inbox, and it counts visits through Google Analytics 4.
- Cloudflare — the spam check on the form.
Nobody else receives it. We name three companies because there are three, and not one more.
Where your data goes
We are in Ukraine, and the providers above may operate in the EU, the United Kingdom or the United States. That means your data may be handled outside the country you're writing from. Where transfers out of the EEA or the UK are involved, they rest on the standard contractual clauses those providers publish.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, and you can withdraw consent for measurement at any time. Write to support@subid.solutions — we answer within 30 days, and asking costs nothing.
If you're not satisfied
You can complain to a data protection authority: in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights; in the EU, the authority in your country of residence; in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We note material changes on this page for 30 days.
